We offer shipping across the US and Canada.
Depending on location we ship via USPS and UPS.
Most items are eligible for return. Returns are for online credit only.
New, non-wearable items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery date.
Merchandise must be returned within the 7-day period.
Merchandise received after the graced period will be returned to sender.
All items must still have tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
All SALE and DISCOUNTED merchandise, jewelry & accessories, leather products, consumables, custom/personalized orders, and personal care items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow for 3-5 business days for us to properly process your return once received.
Return Process:
All items must still have tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
A copy of the original receipt and return ticket must be included to process return.
Customer must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during the return process.
Customer must use a secure shipping method so package can be traceable.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost incurred.
The Panhandle Place is not responsible for damage goods or lost items during shipping.
Refund will not commence until all items are received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for credits to be posted to your account.
